Unlock 4 GuideLine Declared  by central government

The Union Home Ministry has announced the Unlock-4 guidelines. These guidelines will take effect by September 30. Most importantly, Unlock-4 has been allowed to resume metro services across the country. However, no concessions have been given to schools and colleges.

Unlock 4's guideline still decides to keep schools and colleges closed. So metro train services have been conditionally approved. The guideline allows theaters to open months later.

Key points connected to Unlock-4

• The lockdown in the containment zone will be strictly observed till September 30.
• There will no longer be any restrictions on intra and intra state movement. No one needs to get separate permission to go anywhere in the country.
• Everyone has to follow the instructions given at the national level. Have to keep social distance. It is mandatory to have social distance between customers at the shops. It will be overseen by the Home Ministry itself.
• People over the age of 65, children under the age of 10, pregnant women, people with other serious illnesses are advised not to go out when not needed.
• State governments can no longer impose lockdowns at the local level without the approval of the Center. Lockdown can only take place in the containment zone.
• The open air theater will be allowed to open from September 21. The school-college will be closed until September 30. Online and distance education will be promoted during this time.
• All State Governments and Union Territories will be able to call up 50 per cent teaching and non-teaching staff in schools and colleges.
• The National Institute for Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development (NIESBUD), India Institute of Entrepreneurship (IIE) and training providers were also approved.

The unlock process is now being carried out slowly following a nationwide lockdown caused by the Corona virus epidemic. Unlock-4 will be implemented in the country from next month. In the meantime, the Union Home Ministry has issued guidelines on what will be opened and what concessions will be given.

Unlock-3 is due to expire on August 31. With this in mind, the Union Home Ministry today announced the guidelines for Unlock-4. A number of decisions have been made in light of the Corona epidemic. According to the new guidelines, schools and colleges will be closed till September 30. However theaters have been allowed to open. The theater will be open from September 21 but only open air theater.

Metro rail service will start from September 7 with conditions. Similarly, from September 21, 100 people have been allowed to participate in social events. So far only 50 people could participate in social, religious, political programs. Now this number has been increased to 100 people.

The indoor cinema hall will remain closed in view of the Corona epidemic. Similarly, there are clear instructions not to open swimming pools.
